4. Location Data

The Adiraa collects foreground location data during the check-in and check-out process to verify that staff members are present within the assigned venue's attendance radius. Location data is only accessed when the user actively performs a check-in or check-out action and is not tracked continuously in the background.

5. Camera and Photos

The Adiraa requests camera access to capture selfie photos during attendance check-in and check-out for identity verification purposes. These photos are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized management personnel within the same organization.

6. Data Storage and Security

The Adiraa stores user data securely using modern cloud infrastructure. Attendance photos are subject to a 15-day retention policy after which they are automatically removed. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

7. Notifications

The Adiraa may send push notifications to remind staff members about pending check-outs or important operational updates. These notifications can be disabled through your device settings at any time.

8. Data Sharing

The Adiraa does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data is only shared within your organization's account and is used solely for providing the core functionality of the application.

9. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

The Adiraa is a multi-tenant platform. Each organization's data is fully isolated and is not accessible to other organizations using the same platform. All data access is scoped strictly to the authenticated user's organization.

Authorized administrators can modify or delete staff profiles, attendance records, and event data directly within the application. Staff members can manage their own profile information through the app settings.

The Adiraa is intended for use by business staff and management personnel. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
